With a shared passion for caregiving, Lee & Breanna Panzer founded Family Tree Care Homes in 2017.
Lee graduated from Winona State University in 2006 with a major in Exercise Science. He then went on to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Concordia University Wisconsin; graduating in 2009. He has worked in a variety of settings but has specialized in home care for the last several years. Lee runs the day to day operations of our homes as well as picks up regularly scheduled shifts as a personal care assistant. He continues to work part time as a physical therapist.
Breanna graduated from Winona State University in 2007 with a Bachelor degree in Nursing and a minor in Sociology. She has worked for the past 10 years on a Medical/Surgical floor in a hospital setting. In the last 2 years, she has taken on the role of charge nurse. She currently splits shifts between supervising a 39 bed unit and working on the floor where she is able to provide direct patient care. Breanna serves as our company Registered Nurse, providing initial and ongoing nursing services for our residents.
